We’ve been producing the North Shore Visitor print guide for a few years so we were elated when we were approached about redesigning the website in order to meet Google’s new mobile-friendly website rule. The client also wanted to make the upgrade to a CMS instead of updating each page individually through FTP.
Since the client had a limited budget to complete the project, we decided that she would enter all of the content after the site was built out to save some money and put the budget towards the design and functionality of the site.
The end result? A fully functioning responsive business directory site that helps users to see all of the different lodging, dining and shopping options along the North Shore. The site also provides visitors with events, attractions and activities from Duluth all the way to the Canadian border.
