Lori Thompson

Graphic Designer

Lori brings 32 years of diverse experience in the graphic design, printing and newspaper industry to W.A. Fisher Advertising & Printing.

A Hibbing native, Thompson is a graduate of Bemidji State University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design and illustration with a minor in fine art. After beginning her design career at the Mesabi Daily News, Lori moved west to Port Angeles, Washington, where she continued in the newspaper industry as a production manager. In 1996, Lori became the production manager at AGS (American Guide Services) a national company that produced site maps for RV parks nationwide.

In 2009, Lori and her family made the decision to move their family back to Minnesota where she continually is questioned why. She answers with a smile, “It’s home”.
